VidaXL – Accounting Manager

Job description:

You will be responsible for the execution and review of various accounting activities and balance sheet items. Also, you will be leading a team of two accountants.

  • Responsible together with the team for accounting for various legal entities in different countries and supervising audits for various legal entities within vidaXL.
  • Initiate improvement projects in SAP4Hana to optimize its use within accounting and controlling.
  • Compliance with regulations within the financial accounting in both NL and foreign laws and regulations and the accounting manual.
  • Involved in other projects within Finance and interdepartmental projects

Job requirements:

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business Economics.
  • You have at least 5+ years of experience as a (financial) controller or financial accountant.
  • You are analytically strong and focused on results
  • Leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and especially Excel and experience and/or affinity with SAP ECC/S4Hana
  • Fluency in Dutch and English language
